We are Paradigm Consulting, an 8 year old Pioneer in IT-Recruitments based out of Hyderabad. We are a specialist IT recruitment’s company within the Technology arena and have carved out a niche for ourselves in IT space over the years.

About Our Compensation system:
We have a very unique way of rewarding and awarding our Profit Partners which include the following.
1. Fixed monthly component.
2. Variable component.

Desired attributes of the ideal candidate:
2- 4 years of work experience as a recruitment professional/Customer facing  role.
Experience in IT Recruitment is a plus. Fresher’s with good attitude, good communication willingness to learn are welcome.
Must possess good attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation skills.
Must be a fast learner and willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Be a self-starter and able to work under pressure
Must have experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel etc.) and email/internet.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
A very strong need for learning and growing.
A self starter and a self motivated individual.
A very high level of commitment, ownership and drive to excel.
Highly aggressive, target driven and eye for details.
High level of communication, selling and convincing abilities.

Key responsibilities of the ideal Candidate:
Understanding the client requirements, Sourcing, screening and short listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements.
Source profiles using various technique – Job boards/portals, internal, other recruitment related website ,head hunting, network building, referrals etc.,
Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).
Maintaining Skill Matrix of the companies according to the company’s Core Skills, Domains.
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with candidates.  Clearly defines position requirements and recruiting process.  Provides timely update on progress.  Ensures smooth transition post hire and assesses candidate satisfaction
Frequently researches and shares new recruiting trends with team
Proactively updates management with recruiting progress and escalates client issues as needed
Augment systematic database Management  of candidates across various
Actively search for potential candidates from targeted IT companies.
Identify new companies and map new skills and share with Team.
Perform regular follow ups with the client and build strong relationship with clients.
Identify innovative means to source candidates.
Performs post offer follow up’s with candidates and raise a flag as and when required. Updates the clients on a regular basis and keeps the channels of communications open.
